Our company produces the internal bubble cooling(IBC) multi-layer haul-off rotary film blowing machine to replace the traditional die head. It solved the problem of die head material leakage. We also designed the cold and hot wind exchange system. During working, one side blows the cold wind, and the other side sucks the hot air, which make the film cool down quickly, accelerating the film forming; We designed the up-traction on the rotating structure, making the film more transparent and more evenly.

The speed of our machine is 4/3 faster than other traditional machines which can produce three meters width film.
