We offer remote video consultations to guide you in resolving technical issues with blown film machines. If necessary, we will dispatch an engineer to your location. Should a non-consumable part be damaged within the warranty period, we will replace it free of charge, covering transportation costs.

Question 9. What are the payment terms for blown film machine orders?
Production commences upon receipt of a 30% deposit. Once production is complete and final payment of the remaining 70% is received, we arrange shipment and deliver the machine to the customer.
