Main Features

4) The loss-in-weight gravimetric system precisely controls the extruding output and film thickness in grams per meter.

5) The winding roller is robust enough to accommodate a heavy film roller, supporting diameters up to 1100 mm.

6) Features a user-friendly design for easy film roller replacement. When the film roller is full, simply move the arm to swap the airshaft effortlessly, making cutting seamless.

Our factory is nestled in the Wanquan Industrial Zone, right on No. 104 National Road, Wanquan Town, Pingyang County, Wenzhou City, Zhejiang Province, China. You can either fly into Wenzhou Longwan Airport or take a train to Rui'an Station. Kindly schedule an appointment with us beforehand, and our dedicated driver will be there to meet you upon your arrival.

We'll initiate a video call to guide you through resolving technical issues with the blown film machines. If the issue persists, we will dispatch an engineer to your facility. Should a non-consumable part be damaged within the warranty period, a replacement will be provided free of charge, with transportation costs covered by our factory.

Question 9. What is the payment procedure for orders of blown film machines?
Production begins upon receipt of a 30% deposit. Once production is complete and the remaining 70% balance is received, we will proceed with shipment arrangements to deliver the machine directly to the customer.
